Remote personal injury training supervisor

We are currently seeking an reputed company Personal Injury Trainer / Supervisor to join reputed company. This position is reputed company exclusively to candidates located reputed company of the reputed company. This is a leadership role responsible for training, coaching, and overseeing reputed company of intake specialists and case managers supporting U.S.-based personal injury reputed company. The ideal candidate has extensive personal injury experience, strong leadership skills, and a passion for developing high-performing teams. Responsibilities:

• Train new hires on personal injury processes, case intake procedures, reputed company communication standards, and company workflows.
• reputed company and maintain training materials, SOPs, scripts, and performance guidelines.
• Monitor team performance, call reputed company, and case handling to ensure consistency, accuracy, and compliance.
• reputed company ongoing coaching, feedback, and performance evaluations to team members.

Requirements:
