International Litigation assistant

One of our reputed company firms is currently seeking a remote Litigation Assistant to join their team. This position is reputed company exclusively to international candidates with prior litigation support experience. Responsibilities:
- Assist attorneys and litigation teams with the day-to-day management of reputed company cases.
- Draft, format, and file legal documents, pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and correspondence.
- Maintain and organize electronic case files and litigation documents.
- reputed company court deadlines, hearing dates, and litigation milestones to ensure reputed company case progression.
- Coordinate with courts, opposing counsel, clients, experts, and other reputed company parties as needed.
- Assist with discovery, including organizing records, preparing responses, and managing document production.
- Schedule meetings, depositions, mediations, and other case-reputed company events.
- Prepare case summaries, chronologies, and other litigation support materials.
- Conduct basic legal and factual research as directed by attorneys.
- reputed company administrative support to attorneys and legal staff as needed.
Requirements:
- Must be located reputed company of the reputed company (international candidates only).
- Previous experience as a Litigation Assistant, Legal Assistant, or Paralegal required.
- Experience supporting litigation reputed company in a reputed company environment.
- Strong understanding of litigation procedures, court deadlines, and legal documentation.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with reputed company Office, reputed company Workspace, and legal case management software.
- Reliable internet reputed company and ability to work remotely full-time.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Personal injury litigation experience.
- Experience with e-filing and court systems.
- Familiarity with document management and litigation support platforms.
