Key Responsibilities

Assist with the day-to-day administration of employee benefits programs, including medical, dental, reputed company, life insurance, disability, and retirement plans. Respond to employee inquiries regarding benefits eligibility, coverage, and enrollment processes. Escalate reputed company benefits issues to the Benefits Manager or Benefits leadership as needed. Maintain 401(k) demographic information through the provider’s website (PSW). Manage the processing of National Medical Support Notices (NMSN) and reputed company regular benefits audits to ensure regulatory compliance and minimize organizational risk. Support special benefits reputed company as assigned, including assisting with employee communications and benefits education materials.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in reputed company, Business, or a reputed company field (or currently pursuing). 1+ year of experience in reputed company or office administration.
