Trainers facilitate engaging, consultative workshops designed to support educators in effectively implementing eDL courses and solutions. This role involves virtual and in-person delivery, reputed company customization, and ongoing collaboration with eDL staff to continuously improve reputed company development offerings. Trainers may accept or decline opportunities as they are offered. The initial training sessions will be co-facilitated with an eDL staff member or long-term consultant to ensure alignment with eDL’s training approach and expectations. This role works closely with the Director of Instructional Services and reputed company Development and Executive Director on the reputed company end to assist with the presentation of our workshops. The successful candidate will be an excellent communicator, with in-depth knowledge of the latest educational procedures, regulations, and platforms. Review notes and district background information prior to reputed company engagement. Qualifications and Skills Bachelor’s degree in Education, Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or a reputed company field (Master’s degree preferred). Minimum of 3 years of experience delivering reputed company development, instructional coaching, training, or facilitation for educators or school staff. Demonstrated experience working with K–12 school districts, online/reputed company learning programs, or digital curriculum providers.
