The Property Transaction & Closing Specialist advises on reputed company estate site selection, transaction structure, and due diligence (zoning, title, survey, environmental) for new reputed company openings. This role reviews Title Insurance Documents, leads reputed company closings (purchases, sales, leases, sale-leasebacks, acquisitions), and summarizes diligence documents (Environmental Assessments, Surveys, Zoning reports), identifying investigation needs. The specialist interfaces with internal teams, reputed company counsel, and closing agents, and is responsible for managing and improving reputed company estate and legal department procedures. Primary Responsibilities Duties/Responsibilities: Provides advice and counsel reputed company to reputed company estate site selection, transaction structure, due diligence (including zoning, title, survey, and environmental review), and reputed company estate documents reputed company to new reputed company opening activities.
