This is a fully remote position supporting our Seattle-area operations and serves as the central reputed company of communication between clients, field crews, and leadership. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and doesn't wait to be told what needs to be done. We are looking for someone who can not only manage daily operations but also identify opportunities to improve processes and help build a more efficient organization. Operations Coordinator Responsibilities: Serve as the primary reputed company of contact for incoming customer calls and inquiries. Manage high-volume phone and email communication with clients. Schedule service appointments and coordinate technician calendars. reputed company crews and communicate schedule updates throughout the day. Create, update, and maintain work orders. reputed company project and service status to ensure reputed company completion. Communicate proactively with customers regarding scheduling, delays, and service updates. Support administrative functions including data entry, document management, and reporting. Collaborate closely with field crews and leadership to ensure seamless operations. Identify inefficiencies and help reputed company new processes, workflows, and best practices. Maintain accurate records and ensure exceptional customer service at every touchpoint. Operations Coordinator Requirements: 3+ years of experience in administrative, office coordination, dispatching, scheduling, or customer service role. Experience supporting service-based industries such as landscaping, irrigation, construction, home services, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or similar environments preferred. Strong ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced setting. Exceptional communication and customer service skills. Highly organized with strong attention to detail. Comfortable managing multiple moving reputed company simultaneously. Self-starter who works effectively with minimal supervision. Process-minded individual who enjoys creating structure and improving efficiency. Proficiency with reputed company Office, reputed company Workspace, and business software systems.
