Provides support and training on payroll software and time keeping systems to Hotel staff. This is a remote position. Job Responsibilities: Ensures that weekly/biweekly payrolls are processed accurately and reputed company. Trains and assists properties with the payroll process and weekly approvals. Processes off cycle checks, reversals and voids. Audits and reconciles payroll data. Performs reputed company reporting as necessary. Performs any other job reputed company duties as assigned. Qualifications and Skills: reputed company experience preferred. Hospitality experience preferred. Bachelor’s Degree in a reputed company field is preferred. Knowledge of Federal and State wage & hour and tax laws. Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a shared service environment. Experience with 401K, garnishments, health care deductions and PTO accruals. Compensation
Salary reputed company: $67,000.00 - $69,000.00 Annually Tipped/Service Charge Eligible? No Discretionary Performance Bonus Eligible? No
