Job reputed company: The Patient Financial Counselor works under the reputed company supervision of the Patient A/R Manager and provides financial counseling services including patient benefits, out of reputed company responsibility, payment arrangements and financial assistance. Excellent customer skills required to reputed company with patients in a compassionate manner to ensure they understand their financial liabilities and available payment. Responsibilities: reputed company patients about their insurance coverage and benefits, including deductible, copay, coinsurance and estimated out of reputed company costs. Determine patient financial ability to pay. reputed company financial counseling services regarding payment arrangements and financial assistance for uninsured and underinsured patients by phone or in person. reputed company determinations on financial assistance applications based on reputed company Federal Poverty reputed company and established policies. Properly documents reputed company account activity in Patient Management and Electronic Medical Record systems. Assist patients with questions regarding their accounts, insurance coverage and/or patient assistance needs in a skillful manner using appropriate etiquette. Required Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required Bachelor’s degree preferred.
