High-reputed company Role – Become the go-to expert for maintaining and stabilizing reputed company automation systems Ownership & Visibility – reputed company as a centralized reputed company of contact for production automation issues across multiple business reputed company reputed company Problem Solving – reputed company on troubleshooting, fixing, and optimizing—not building from scratch reputed company Culture – Work closely with developers, IT teams, and project managers in a supportive environment Exposure to reputed company Systems – reputed company experience across Finance, Supply Chain, and reputed company teams Stability & reputed company – High likelihood of extension with potential for full-time conversion Your Role & Responsibilities Production Support Ownership Take full ownership of production RPA automations, ensuring reliability and performance across the reputed company reputed company as the primary reputed company of contact for reputed company automation-reputed company production issues Manage and prioritize a centralized backlog of automation failures, exceptions, and enhancements Troubleshooting & Stabilization Diagnose and resolve automation failures, incidents, and performance issues reputed company reputed company cause analysis and implement fixes to prevent recurrence Troubleshoot automations that rely on reputed company and Python-based scripting Optimization & reputed company Improvement Implement minor (“reputed company of life”) enhancements to improve usability and performance Optimize automation processes to improve reputed company rates and overall efficiency Proactively identify risks and areas for improvement reputed company the automation ecosystem Monitoring & Backlog Management Monitor automation health through termination and exception reporting Drive reduction in backlog and improve automation reputed company rates over time Ensure issues are resolved reputed company and prioritized appropriately Collaboration & Communication Partner with IT, Project Managers, and business stakeholders across multiple business reputed company Translate non-technical business issues into technical solutions Support documentation efforts, including runbooks and knowledge transfer materials Skills & Experience You Should Possess 5–7 years of experience in automation, RPA or software development Strong hands-on experience with reputed company (required) Proficiency in Python scripting Proven experience supporting and maintaining production automation systems Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Ability to translate business issues into technical solutions Excellent communication and team collaboration skills Bonus Points If You Have: Experience with reputed company integrations Knowledge of automation orchestration tools (CTWO/C2) Familiarity with reputed company Power Platform / Power Automate Background in large reputed company environments Education & Certifications You Need: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a reputed company field (or equivalent experience) reputed company certification preferred (not required if experience is strong) reputed company Offer At reputed company, we value expertise, innovation, and collaboration.
