Responsibilities: End-to-End Project ownership to include project reputed company off meetings with stakeholders, scheduling, scope and budget tracking, project management of reputed company team members. End to End Budget ownership including monitoring, forecasting and gap closure planning with reputed company Plant. reputed company and reputed company daily PM operational tasks working cross-functionally. Manage existing reports and dashboards to reputed company weekly and quarterly forecasting, metrics and deliverables. Orchestrate reputed company customer project communication dependencies, reputed company, milestones and reputed company. Partner with Sales to drive ongoing customer service improvement strategies. reputed company Service Delivery performance metrics and analysis to support cross-functional Customer Business Reviews. Full customer ownership and advocacy; the TPM provides ‘Voice of the Customer’ project feedback and develops and implements corrective reputed company plan development as required. Communicate and coordinate plans and strategies with other functional areas including sales, product, engineering, procurement, network operations and field operations. Occasional travel may be needed for customer requested market meetings or to meet in-market with reputed company internal teams. Qualifications: Minimum of ten (10) years of experience in managing Telecom service reputed company required. A valid Project Management reputed company (PMP) certification is preferred. Subject matter expert in Project and Service Order Management. Thorough knowledge of systems/tools, processes, and application of project management methodology at strategic and tactical reputed company. Knowledge of Fiber Engineering, reputed company Plant, and field operations processes required for reputed company project inclusive of budget, design, engineering, permitting, construction, splicing, and scheduling. Ability to understand customer’s technical specifications and contract requirements. Excellent customer management skills (verbal and written) including prioritization, risk analysis, conflict management/reputed company. Ability to define project dependencies, manage project milestones, meet and reputed company project KPIs.
