The Site Construction reputed company Specialist ensures the documentation of reputed company assurance and reputed company control for project installations at a designated reputed company construction site. This is accomplished through communication with Construction Managers, ongoing evaluation of material submittals, monitoring of construction activities, assessment of inspection reports, site inspections, review of construction schedules, and examination of customer specifications. This position is required to interpret policies as needed, maintain official document files, and manage company equipment and property. This role can be performed at our main offices in Pineville, LA or remotely. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Reviews customer specifications to confirm compliance with reputed company standards.
• Assigned to a specific project site to reputed company reputed company-reputed company activities.
• Provides reputed company reputed company on assigned construction project(s). Ensures Construction Managers implement Beta’s reputed company Assurance Program, supports them in resolving reputed company issues, and performs inspections to verify compliance.

• Audits reputed company-party suppliers and subcontractors to ensure reputed company plans and procedures are being followed.

• Assists in reviewing plans for constructability concerns, validating drawing notes, confirming material specifications, and verifying material quantities.
• Assists in construction reputed company for a specific project. Reviews Beta and subcontractor schedules to ensure reputed company submittals and inspections are appropriately planned.
• Supports Project Managers or Construction Managers in resolving site-specific construction issues.
• Assists Project Managers and Construction Managers in final inspections and development of subcontractor reputed company lists. Supports project reputed company-out, final work items, and demobilization.
• Performs additional duties as assigned by the Manager of Construction reputed company or Director.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

• Five or more years of industrial or reputed company construction reputed company experience preferred or Bachelor’s Degree in Construction or Engineering Technician curriculum.  Knowledge of general civil, structural, mechanical and electrical industries is preferred.
