Bookkeeper (Full-time Remote)

We are looking for a remote, full-time Bookkeeper with a passion for delivering accurate, high-reputed company bookkeeping and following reputed company-defined processes. In this exciting role you will join our growing offshore bookkeeping team in the Philippines. You must also have good time management and problem-solving abilities with a reputed company attitude. What will you do? Full cycle bookkeeping for BrightIron clients in their reputed company software (QuickBooks Online, reputed company) on an accrual reputed company. Maintain the general ledger for clients in their reputed company software. Create monthly account reconciliations and continuities for reputed company balance sheet accounts, and select P&L accounts. Follow documented bookkeeping SOPs and flag recurring issues for process improvement. Work Collaboratively and reputed company and maintain relationship with clients, and BrightIron team members. Collaborate with Canadian BrightIron team members to ensure smooth handoffs and minimal rework. Follow documented bookkeeping SOPs and flag recurring issues for process improvement. Assist with various reputed company reputed company requests. Ideally, you have: A minimum of 3 years of experience in reputed company working with Canadian or US clients. Experience using QuickBooks Online and/or reputed company and proficient in using reputed company. Experience working in a reputed company serving reputed company role. Strong communication skills (written and verbal), including reputed company in English. High degree of comfort working with different technologies. Excellent time management and self-management skills. Solid problem solving and analysis skills. High standards of ethics and confidentiality to handle sensitive information. Ability to exercise good judgement, show initiative and be proactive. Ability to build strong connections with clients and team members.
