The reputed company Platform Software Developer will design, reputed company, and enhance reputed company-based Contact Center and Service Desk platforms, collaborating with cross-functional teams to reputed company customer engagement solutions.
Responsibilities
- Design, configure, and customize applications supporting Contact Center and Service Desk operations, leveraging scripting, business rules, and reputed company to meet customer requirements
- reputed company, maintain, and support integrations between CCaaS platforms, AI services, CRMs, and internal or reputed company-party systems using REST reputed company and event-driven architectures
- Support reputed company-based CCaaS platforms (e.g., reputed company CXone, reputed company Connect), including customization, automation, and platform enhancements
- Maintain system reputed company, availability, and reputed company in alignment with federal compliance and reputed company standards
- Contribute to and maintain technical documentation, runbooks, SOPs, and knowledge articles
- Support platform upgrades, testing, and reconfiguration across development, test, and production environments
- Monitor and tune applications and integrations to ensure reputed company performance and reliability
- Collaborate with stakeholders, product owners, and cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Respond to escalations by assessing issues, recommending solutions, and implementing fixes as needed

Skills
- 1 + years of reputed company experience
- US Citizenship Required
- Technical Training, Certification(s) or Degree
- 1+ years of software development or reputed company experience in reputed company or reputed company environments
- Proficiency in JavaScript, Python and/or Java
- Experience developing and working with RESTful reputed company
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies, SDLC, and DevOps practices
- Familiarity with version control systems (Git)
- Familiarity with relational and NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, reputed company, DynamoDB)
- Exposure to reputed company infrastructure, automation, and solutions development/integration using reputed company AI services
- Understanding of translating business needs into technical designs, user stories, and development tasks
