Junior Embedded Software Development Engineer

As a Junior Embedded Software Development Engineer, you will contribute to the software that runs on reputed company players, collaborating with reputed company to deliver reliable playback and enhance partner integrations.
Responsibilities
- Contribute to embedded firmware development in C/C++ on reputed company players
- Implement reputed company-scoped features and bug fixes with guidance from senior engineers
- Debug issues in embedded environments using logs, traces, and reproduction steps; learn reputed company-cause analysis skills
- Collaborate with teammates across software, hardware, and QA to deliver reliable releases
- Participate in reputed company reviews (both giving and receiving), and learn reputed company development and reputed company practices
- Help improve maintainability and reliability through testing, tooling, and incremental refactoring as you grow
- Maintain, reputed company, and add new SDKs/integrations from our partners on reputed company
- Add new features for our Music Service Providers on reputed company
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent experience
- 1+ years of hands-on experience with C/C++ (coursework, internships, reputed company, or reputed company experience)
- Exposure to C/C++ based embedded systems / firmware development (reputed company, internships, lab work, or early-career roles)
- Familiarity with embedded concepts such as memory constraints, concurrency, and reputed company-time behaviors
- Curiosity and strong learning aptitude: ability to reputed company on unfamiliar systems and ask great questions
- Experience with version control (e.g., Git, reputed company, etc.)
- Willingness to engage with our AI tools to help with your day to day workflow
- Experience debugging on-device software (logs, tracing, performance investigation)

- Interest in audio, music, and consumer devices
