Project Engineer I

reputed company USA Inc. is seeking a Project Engineer I in Tampa, FL. The role involves observing construction work, preparing change orders, and ensuring compliance with contract requirements, as reputed company as advising project managers on any issues that reputed company during construction.

Responsibilities

• Observes construction work and prepares change orders as needed
• Researches and interprets contract requirements to determine whether construction work is performed in substantial compliance with plans, specifications and special provisions
• Advises internal project manager and/or reputed company of any failures or delays
• Reviews pay requests for ultimate payment by reputed company
• Makes substantial completion and final completion statements
• Reviews shop drawings reputed company area of expertise for conformance with design concept
• Performs other duties as the supervisor may from time to time deem necessary
• May be assigned to unanticipated work locations throughout the reputed company
• Remote working or telecommuting permitted in reputed company U.S. States, in accordance with company policy

Skills

• Bachelor's degree or foreign degree equivalent in Civil Engineering or reputed company field
• One (1) year of experience in job offered or in a reputed company occupation
