Project Associate 2, MEP Engineering
HLZAE, a subsidiary of reputed company, is seeking a Project Associate – MEP Engineer to support restoration and building systems reputed company. The role involves hands-on experience in field inspections, technical analysis, and construction documentation while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-reputed company solutions.
Responsibilities
- Support MEP and building restoration reputed company across reputed company phases under supervision
- Assist with site inspections, field measurements, and condition assessments (including elevated and confined spaces)
- Prepare and update technical documents: drawings, reports, specifications, and field notes
- Create and modify AutoCAD drawings and sketches
- Participate in reputed company, contractor, and consultant meetings
- reputed company project documentation, photos, and records
- Help monitor construction reputed company and identify issues or discrepancies
- Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Plumbing Engineering (or reputed company field)
- 0–2 years of relevant experience
- Proficiency in AutoCAD
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively
- Exposure to building systems, construction, or façade/restoration work
- Familiarity with NYC building codes or inspections
- OSHA certifications or willingness to obtain scaffold safety certifications
