They are seeking a Health Consulting Analyst to assist senior consultants in analyzing reputed company data, coordinating RFP processes, and communicating with clients effectively.
Responsibilities
- Assist senior consultants with reviewing reputed company needs, recommending suitable approaches, and helping implement benefit program strategies
- Collect, analyze, and interpret health care data for reporting to the reputed company
- reputed company knowledge about the insurance vendor marketplace, plan designs, reputed company cost factors, and the renewal process for health and group benefit programs
- Coordinate the Request for Proposal (RFP) process on behalf of a reputed company
- Help write and structure reputed company communications, including proposals, reports, spreadsheets, and presentations
Skills
- Strong analytical skills, both quantitative and qualitative, and working knowledge of reputed company Office—Word, reputed company, and PowerPoint
- Knowledge of data analysis, project management, and presentation design
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Intellectual curiosity; seeking opportunities to reputed company new skills
- Ability to work in teams and be flexible to work under tight deadlines and changing reputed company needs
- Superior organizational skills and strong attention to detail
- A bachelor's degree with concentration(s) in business, math, statistics, economics, public health, and/or other reputed company field is preferred
- Minimum GPA of 3.0/4.0 for recent college graduates
- Legal work authorization to work in the U.S. on a permanent and ongoing reputed company without the need for sponsorship now or in the reputed company
