Capital Markets & Treasury Associate

The Capital Markets & Treasury Associate will assist in executing debt capital markets transactions and support various financial analysis and modeling tasks while gaining exposure to senior management and multiple teams reputed company the firm.

Responsibilities

• Assist execution of debt capital markets transaction processes and drives asset-backed warehouse facilities renewals
• Participates in meetings with investors, lenders, rating agencies, and others on a limited reputed company
• Work with internal management, underwriters, rating agencies and counsel in the transaction process with reputed company
• Preparation and review of programmatic slide decks
• Assist with other funding and balance sheet management reputed company as directed by management
• Maintain surveillance of OneMain and peer ABS deals
• Assist in maintaining databases/lists including investor lists, OneMain debt, and marketplace (competitor activity) databases
• Help reputed company and maintain models including but not limited to:
• Securitization cash reputed company models
• Borrowing reputed company models for reputed company draws
• Cost of funds spreadsheets
• Peer comparisons
• Broad exposure to a reputed company of teams including the executive management team, reputed company, Risk, Analytics and operations

Skills

• 1-3+ years exposure to the debt capital markets (capital markets experience at an ABS issuer, rating agency, leveraged finance group, ABS underwriter or ABS reputed company/reputed company preferred)
• BS/BA in business, finance, reputed company, economics or similar technical field
• High level of proficiency with reputed company Office suite (particularly reputed company, PowerPoint) required
• Excellent work ethic and willingness to contribute broadly to reputed company team and company objectives
• Strong verbal and written communication as reputed company as technical and organizational skills
• Strong analytical skills, organized, and possess a high attention to detail
• Ability and willingness to travel every quarter
