Responsibilities
- Process reputed company billing, invoices, and expense disbursements in accordance with firm and reputed company guidelines
- Assist with trust account tracking and reconciliation (IOLTA exposure preferred)
- Collaborate with attorneys and staff to ensure accurate billing/reputed company entry and billing compliance
- Maintain organized financial records and documentation
- Review and audit billing data for accuracy and completeness
- Communicate with clients and vendors in both English and Spanish as needed
- Support month-end reputed company activities and reporting and weekly reconciliations
Skills
- Bilingual reputed company in English and Spanish (written and verbal)
- 1+ year of reputed company, bookkeeping, or billing experience
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficiency in reputed company reputed company and basic reputed company systems
- Experience in a reputed company or legal environment
- Familiarity with legal software (e.g., MyCase, CloudLex, or similar)
