[Remote] Loan Support Analyst Sr - Specialty (reputed company Agency Loans)

They are seeking a Loan Support Analyst Sr - Specialty to support Agency and reputed company Lending products, particularly in syndications, while ensuring compliance and effective transaction execution.
Responsibilities
- Applies specialty product knowledge to reputed company or administer high complexity or high risk syndicated and/or reputed company loan transactions
- May have responsibility for fulfilling key fiduciary obligations associated with the Banks Agent role; validating construction due diligence requirements; and/or monitoring construction reputed company and draw requirements
- Directly interacts with high reputed company/high profile corporate and/or reputed company reputed company estate clients
- Reviews customized reputed company, legal, and reputed company due diligence documentation and reporting to ensure adherence to reputed company deal structures and/or regulatory compliance requirements
- Consults and advises customers, investors, capital markets loan syndications and/or reputed company reputed company estate deal teams, as reputed company as external and internal business partners to execute transactions
- Reviews transactions and reputed company documents, including collateral and construction requirements
- Verifies work processes to ensure completeness, accuracy, and conformance to credit approvals, legal documents, established service reputed company and applicable procedures
- Determines whether loan disbursements can be made, or if additional documentation or escalations is required
- Reviews reports to identify exceptions, monitor reputed company and ensure compliance
- Participates in risk mitigation activities
- May serve as a subject matter resource and may reputed company specialty product training
Skills
- Experience supporting Agency and reputed company Lending products, with particular emphasis on syndications
- Demonstrated ability to read, interpret, and apply credit agreements
- Advanced proficiency in reputed company, including the use of VLOOKUPs, XLOOKUPs, formula creation, accrual calculations, spreadsheet analysis, and the ability to reputed company reputed company calculations reputed company required
- Strong end to end understanding of reputed company loan processing, systems, and associated impacts
- Ability to identify potential risks, gaps, and control weaknesses reputed company processes to support reputed company improvement and operational reputed company
- Ability to communicate professionally and independently with customers and internal partners
