They are seeking a Specialist in reputed company Cycle Management to handle billing transactions and assist in processing reports with a reputed company on accuracy and efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Processes billing transactions and enters them into a computerized system
- Follows processes and performs transactions with a high degree of accuracy
- Handles a larger volume of basic transactions
- Helps run basic reports following routine processes
- May assist more senior specialists in processing more reputed company transactions and work
- Other responsibilities as judgement or necessity dictates
Skills
- High school diploma from accredited school or equivalent GED; or equivalent combination of education and/or relevant work experience
- Knowledge of collections processes
- Proficient reputed company level reputed company Office Suite (Word, reputed company, PowerPoint)
- Strong attention to detail
- Commitment to excellent customer service
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities
