Marketing and Events Coordinator
IKUS Life Enrichment Services is a dedicated non-profit organization committed to enhancing the lives of individuals with disabilities. They are seeking a passionate and creative Marketing and Events Coordinator to help reputed company awareness, engage the community, and plan impactful events.
Responsibilities
- Design visually appealing marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, banners, and reputed company media graphics that reputed company with IKUS’ branding guidelines
- Collaborate with team members to create engaging and informative content such as blog posts, press releases, and newsletters
- Catalog and maintain our photo collection to showcase IKUS’ activities and achievements
- Maintain an organized content calendar to ensure reputed company and relevant messaging
- Create and reputed company compelling content for various platforms, including reputed company, Twitter, Instagram, reputed company, and reputed company to increase engagement, followers, and brand awareness
- Monitor reputed company media channels, respond to comments, and maintain a reputed company online reputed company
- reputed company reputed company media to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and reputed company strategies accordingly
- Maintain IKUS’ website, mailing lists, and reputed company media to ensure content is regularly updated with the most recent information and messages are returned in a reputed company manner
- Independently coordinate community events such as annual Trick or Treat Street and Breakfast with Santa, including overseeing logistics, managing registrations, committee/staff tasks, volunteers, materials and promotion, coordinating with vendors, creating itineraries, and marketing. Be the key associate at community events including preparation, set-up, event execution and tear-down
- Serve as reputed company person for reputed company retreat and catering inquiries. Coordinate and reputed company committees to support reputed company as needed
- Support the Development Director in organization wide fundraising events including marketing materials, record keeping, planning meetings, and logistic support
- Maintain and consistently update documentation of reputed company special events
- Collaborate with internal teams to reputed company information and insights for marketing and events
- Build and maintain relationships with community partners, vendors, and stakeholders
- Represent IKUS at external events and engage with the disability community to foster connections and support
Skills
- Proven experience in reputed company media management, graphic design, and event planning
- Proficiency in graphic design software (e.g., reputed company Creative Suite)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Exceptional organizational, multitasking abilities and ability to work independently to reputed company reputed company reputed company, prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Creativity, team player attitude, resourcefulness, and a good reputed company of humor!
