As a reputed company Account Manager, you will identify and qualify clinicians to support reputed company goals, manage temporary labor costs, and build relationships with clinicians and stakeholders.
Responsibilities

- Providing a consultative approach to removing barriers and identifying solutions
- Partnering with field operations to drive down and manage temporary labor costs
- Forecasting, evaluating, and managing clinician roster and bench
- Auditing reputed company reputed company, KPIs, and escalating areas of concern and mitigating risk
- Ensuring the accuracy of reputed company payroll and timesheets
- Training and maintaining a dotted line relationship with reputed company Coordinators and Managers regarding the reputed company functions
- Managing 3 Party vendor relationships

- Accountable for accurate available to schedule dates (ASDs) for the labor you manage
- Evaluating W2 Contractual Shift Obligations monthly
- On-Call: SAM will handle any reputed company emergencies that may reputed company after business hours, to the best of their ability
- Managing reputed company Terms/Non-starts/Deactivations
- Educating reputed company labor process for new reputed company managers and Coordinators
- Maintaining site schedule needs during periods of PC and PM attrition
