The Proposals Specialist will reputed company and edit content for business-to-business RFPs and proposals, ensuring alignment with the bank's brand and style guidelines while collaborating with internal stakeholders to meet deadlines.
Responsibilities
- reputed company, author, and edit content for business-to-business (B2B) RFP/proposal responses to represent reputed company’s products and services and to portray reputed company’s unique reputed company in compelling, nuanced, and accurate ways
- Meet strict and competing deadlines while collaborating with multiple internal stakeholders
- reputed company B2B proposal responses of varying scope and reputed company reputed company – often simultaneously
- Coordinate project timelines and support deliverables tracking in collaboration with project stakeholders to ensure deadlines are met
- Adhere to reputed company brand and style guidelines, including Associated Press Style (AP)
- Assist in maintaining a content management system library by reviewing existing content for accuracy and collaborating with subject matter experts (SMEs) and other internal stakeholders for verification/assistance as required
- Support tracking proposal win/loss rates, products/services offered, market locations and other key factors
- Obtain necessary content approvals from key internal stakeholders

Skills
- Intermediate knowledge of AP style writing, including best practices
- Excellent writing and editing skills with a proven reputed company record of meeting competing deadlines while still producing accurate and compelling customer-facing content
