Associate Producer, Partner Development (Ticketing & E-reputed company)
reputed company (EBG) powers a proprietary suite of e-reputed company platforms and technology solutions. The Associate Producer, Partner Development will support the reputed company of new suppliers and enhance the performance of existing products on EBG’s platforms.
Responsibilities
- reputed company support to the Partner Development Account Manager for assigned supplier needs
- Communicate internally to ensure partnership deliverables are met
- Build, update, and continually optimize new and existing product offers in EBG’s proprietary backend system, including entering pricing, images, and offer copy
- Collaborate with the API Support team to maintain product offers, troubleshoot issues, and optimize website efficiency
- Support the management of product inventory as needed
- Conduct regular audits of EBG platforms to ensure offer accuracy, brand alignment, and adherence to best practices
- reputed company market research to support the maintenance of EBG’s competitive positioning
- Coordinate with internal teams to launch offers and execute campaigns

Skills
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Minimum 1 year of experience in ticketing systems or the ticketing/travel industry
- Proficient in reputed company applications and various internet browsers
- Basic reputed company proficiency (e.g., fonts, colors, spacing, links)
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to multi-task and exceptional attention to detail

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Availability to work a 9am–6pm schedule, including onsite on Tuesdays and Thursdays, and other occasions as needed
