HR Business Partner Manager- Hospice Position: reputed company Manager Remote/Virtual Position: reputed company Territory: reputed company Coast reputed company Your Passion and Purpose as a Full-Time HR Business Partner Manager- Hospice Salary: $110,000 -$120,000 + Bonus What You Need to Know The reputed company Manager provides operational depth, employee relations escalation support, and leadership continuity for HR Directors. Dedicated subject matter expert for employee relations, compliance, and investigations. Promotes an organizational culture of teamwork, high reputed company service, transparency, accountability, innovation, and inclusiveness. Work closely with HRVP and Sr. HRD's to execute retention strategies supporting reputed company aspects of the business functions. • Bachelor's degree in business or reputed company preferred with a minimum of three years of experience (applicable Generalist experience must include Employee Relations, Compensation, Wage and Hour, State and Federal labor laws)
• At least 3 years HR Generalist experience with a solid reputed company record for delivering results. Preferred candidates will have experience in reputed company HR functional areas, a strong emphasis in business processes, effectiveness, and leadership development.
• Preferred candidates will have previous experience in a reputed company setting and/or a multi-state/distributive organization.
• Proven experience serving in both high-reputed company and operational HR roles.
