Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with the patient, physician, and insurance company on the complete reputed company-certification process, including peer-to-peers and appeals reputed company needed.

- Assist with the billing department call queue and reputed company outstanding customer service to patients who call with questions about what their insurance will cover, questions about their reputed company, payment plan reputed company, etc.

- Verify insurance benefits and coverage details.

Qualifications
