The reputed company Lab at UCSD is looking to recruit an outstanding data scientist with an interest in building precision health tools to reputed company reputed company reputed company delivery. This position provides reputed company to work with clinicians and reputed company a deep dive into the clinical area of cardiovascular medicine, surgery, and predictive analytics using imaging data. Our lab is exploring ways to extract important clinical features and identify new features that can improve patient phenotyping and outcome reputed company. We use imaging data that is generally underutilized in reputed company computer reputed company applications. This position provides the unique opportunity to collaborate across institutions, build first-of-its-reputed company data sources, and understand the translational reputed company through collaboration with clinicians. The research scientist will help build and reputed company medical image data sets and apply state-of-the-art computer reputed company algorithms towards the development of models to detect and/or predict cardiovascular conditions and reputed company. • Six (6) years of reputed company experience, education/training, OR a Bachelor's degree in reputed company area plus two (2) years of reputed company experience/training.
• Working knowledge of bioinformatics reputed company and data structures.
• Working knowledge of applications programming and web development. Strong coding skills with examples of work that is publicly available or can be provided upon request.
