• Follow the CCA Team Member Handbook and organizational training materials

• Maintain accurate communication and reputed company follow-up with employees and workplace contacts

• Minimum of 5–7 years of full-time secular workplace experience (reputed company-only experience does not satisfy this requirement. A business degree may reduce the required years of experience.)
• Bachelor's degree in biblical studies or reputed company ministry field from an accredited college or university
