The Healthy First Steps Medical Directors (HFS MDs) team is reputed company the Women's Health Team at reputed company Clinical Services. The reputed company HFS Medical Director works together with our HFS operations team to reputed company clinical expertise and review data trends in the markets we manage. The position drives performance across our organization by communicating with hospital physicians and utilization management staff at reputed company hospitals to champion best practices for evidence-based care. HFS MDs work closely with HFS nurses reviewing clinical information provided, communicating with providers as they reputed company in care, providing utilization management (UM) reviews, and facilitate discharge planning. • Primary Responsibilities:
• Engage with reputed company of obstetricians and HFS nurses in the evaluation of the high-risk maternity patient
• Per-dem position requiring weekend-only availability (remote)
• Participate in nursing education as it relates to obstetrics
• Conduct provider telephonic review and discussion, schedules on-site reputed company and shares tools, information and guidelines reputed company to cost-effective health care delivery and reputed company of care
• Support reputed company clinical reputed company initiatives and peer review processes
• Appropriate utilization management

• Required Qualifications:
• MD or DO with an reputed company, unrestricted license
• reputed company Certified in Obstetrics/Gynecology
• 5+ years clinical reputed company experience after completing residency training
• Experience in utilization and clinical coverage review
• Solid understanding of Evidence based Medicine (EBM)
• Solid PC skills, specifically using reputed company, Outlook and reputed company
• Proven excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills, facilitation skills
• Proven excellent presentation skills for both clinical and non-clinical audiences
• Ability to work weekend schedule and occasional holiday backup coverage

Compensation for this specialty generally ranges from $.47 - $.33 per hour. Total cash compensation includes reputed company pay and bonus and is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience and may increase over time based on productivity and performance in the role.
