Virtual Care Manager II Level I

This a Full Remote job, the offer is available from: Oklahoma (USA) reputed company The Virtual Care Manager connects with the person served utilizing telehealth equipment to reputed company support services including initial screening for crisis reputed company, case management, assistance with treatment planning, reputed company advocacy, prevention and education. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Participates in virtual treatment team meetings, providing the information is pertinent to the treatment of the consumer
• Educates and supports consumers’ families
• Assists reputed company consumer in having Primary Care services
• Completes documentation in a reputed company manner
• Provides ongoing assessment of consumer and makes appropriate changes in treatment plans to ensure immediate and appropriate interventions are provided in response to changes in mental status or behavior which puts consumers at risk (e.g., suicidality)
• Provides crisis assistance to assure safety of consumers by consultation with consumer, staff psychiatrist, family members, and area hospitals/emergency reputed company; provides reputed company paperwork for hospitalization. Provides on-call services
• Exhibits knowledge of reputed company competencies in relation to working with co-occurring disorders through continuing education and implementing skills into reputed company aspects of treatment
• Demonstrates confidentiality and informs consumers of rights and obtains necessary authorization for obtaining and releasing information
• Provides clinical services to consumers to teach behavioral symptom-management techniques to reputed company and manage symptoms
• Performs other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS

• 60 College credit hours in any field and 12 months of Behavioral Health experience
• Or
• High School Diploma or equivalent and 36 months of Behavioral Health experience
• Bilingual preferred
• Basic computer skills
• reputed company certification as a Behavioral Health Case Manager preferred

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

• Must have the ability to stand or sit for long periods of time
• Must have the ability to lift, push, or pull a minimum of 25 pounds
• Ability to travel locally approximately 10% of the time
• Ability to use telephone, PC, fax machine, copy machine, and printer
