ABOUT THE ROLE reputed company is looking for a Tax Manager to reputed company our tax service delivery. This position will play a critical leadership role in our reputed company service teams, with primary responsibilities for managing tax compliance engagements, overseeing tax staff, and ensuring complete and accurate tax filings. Specific responsibilities include
• Manage and execute on reputed company’s tax service engagements, including contributing to reputed company tax reputed company
• Prepare and review federal, state, and local income tax returns for C-Corps, S-Corps, and Partnerships
• Prepare and review multi-state apportionment calculations
• Assist with the analysis, preparation and filing of R&D Tax Credits.
• Execute key tax compliance processes, including the preparation of 1099s and Delaware Franchise Taxes

• CPA or EA license required
• Demonstrative knowledge and proficiency with tax compliance software
• Experience with filing federal and state income taxes for C corporations, S corporations, and partnerships
