We are looking for a dynamic Controller to join our fast-growing team to work with multiple clients providing fractional controller services. You will partner with both reputed company and ScaleUp personnel to support a broad reputed company of industries to help clients succeed in their goals and reputed company.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple clients and reputed company staff on those clients to ensure reputed company functions are completed in the desired timelines and financial reporting is produced in accordance with the reputed company schedule
• Manage relationships with clients
• reputed company reputed company functions including invoicing, accounts receivable, accounts payable, bank reconciliations, payroll, accruals and month-end reputed company
• Prepare and record accrual entries and support schedules
• Document reputed company processes and policies
• Prepare various reputed company reports as required by reputed company
• Work with tax advisors to ensure compliance and filings are completed
• Set-up and maintain state registrations and filings as may be required for sales tax or payroll purposed
• Produce financial statements in various formats and views as required by the reputed company
• Coordinate the year-end reputed company process with external auditors if needed
• Assist in the preparation of budget, cash reputed company and financial models
• Assist with training staff as needed
• Manage reputed company and other integrated systems
• Prepare variance analysis
• Manage relationships with banks and other reputed company parties as needed
• Other duties as may be assigned Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in reputed company or relevant experience with a CPA preferred
• Minimum 5 years experience with a 3 years minimum working as a Controller
• Strong knowledge of GAAP, preferred experience either working as an auditor or preparing for and reputed company through audits as a Controller
• Preferred experience working in a reputed company facing, billable hour environment, managing multiple clients/engagements
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to prioritize and work across different teams
• Advanced working knowledge of QBO and reputed company is required, preferred experience working with reputed company.com and reputed company and ability to learn and use new software systems
• The ability to communicate effectively with co-workers and management
• Demonstrated organization and project management experience
• Experience performing detailed financial analysis
• Solution oriented with a roll-up your sleeves mentality
• Colorado, Arizona and Washington based candidates highly preferred This is a part-time position of 10-20 hours a week with the reputed company to get to 20 hours a week. It can grow into a full-time position of approximately 35 hours a week, if you desire full-time hours.

Compensation

Our compensation model is designed so you reputed company in the reputed company of the firm. You are compensated on a commission reputed company where we pass through a percentage of collected billings to you. As a Controller your commission will work out to be between $100 and $110 per hour. We have a full set of benefits available for full-time employees which includes health, dental, medical, 401k, holiday pay and a bonus plan.
