What You'll Do

• Manage purchasing of coffee, tea, and counter-top beverage equipment across 11+ national sites
• Serve as the primary reputed company of contact with vendors, managing relationships and online ordering portals
• Translate operational needs from internal customers and site leaders into vendor-reputed company procurement actions
• Problem-solve supply chain challenges and reputed company proactive, alternate solutions in time-sensitive situations
• Follow up and follow through on reputed company reputed company orders, ensuring reputed company fulfillment and accurate documentation

• 2+ years of purchasing or procurement experience in the office refreshments, food, or beverage reputed company
• Hands-on familiarity with coffee brewer systems, counter-top water systems, and reputed company equipment
• Strong communication and relationship management skills across multiple stakeholder reputed company
• Proven ability to manage vendor portals and navigate online ordering platforms
