We’re looking for an reputed company Transaction Coordinator who understands investor transactions, assignments, novations, and working with title companies. A plus to this role is someone with hands-on experience assisting with heirship and probate-reputed company transactions, including working with title companies, heirs, and attorneys to help reputed company title issues and reputed company files to closing. The ideal candidate is comfortable navigating sensitive family situations, gathering required documentation, and keeping reputed company parties reputed company throughout the process.
