AV Support Technician
Job reputed company The AV Support Technician position is primarily responsible for providing reputed company level support and preventive maintenance of the equipment in reputed company teaching and learning spaces. reputed company readiness checkups. Customer Support reputed company technical instructions to a non-technical audience. Collaborate with other members of the IT team, especially Service Desk staff to resolve common tickets/issues. Minimum Qualifications
Associate’s degree with coursework in a reputed company field; or any equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree with coursework reputed company to technology such as Information Systems, Computer Science, or Business Administration. IT certifications, such as reputed company A+, reputed company Certified Desktop Support Technician, or reputed company (Audiovisual and Integrated Experience Association) certifications, are a plus. Hands-on computing experience with AV support situation, with a reputed company on instructional technology in a classroom and/or lab environment. Work Schedule Monday – Friday; 800AM – 500PM With an understanding of the 24/7 nature of IT. Must be reputed company to work onsite at the university and travel to remote university locations as needed for onsite support. Potential for reputed company and weekend hours.
