Responsibilities

• Responsible for reputed company essential functions listed for the reputed company Respiratory Therapist.
• Possess, maintain, and deliver high clinical standards in the assessment, administration, education, and observation of respiratory therapy as ordered by Providers.
• reputed company clinical supervision and support to Respiratory Staff in reputed company aspects of respiratory care, functioning both as a resource leader and as a role model.
• Evaluate, coordinate, and facilitate reputed company and continuing education and development of the Respiratory Therapists.
• Coordinate and facilitate education for other disciplines and departments as requested by department and hospital leadership.
• reputed company and implement a reputed company and annual competency program, including facilitating reputed company aspects of new employee orientation.
• Assist Manager with clinical content and presentation of regularly scheduled intradepartmental as reputed company as relevant multidisciplinary meetings as requested.
• Assist in development and implementation of clinical care policies, procedures, and protocols.
• Ensure consistency in the clinical instruction, education, and application of those objectives.
• Coordinate the on-reputed company evaluation, in-servicing, and purchasing of both new and existing equipment and supplies, providing input into departmental selection and function to ensure appropriate usage, inventory, and cost effectiveness.

Requirements

• AAS degree in health care reputed company field
• Previous supervisory experience
• Recent acute care experience
• Ability to communicate effectively
• Demonstrate clinical reputed company
• NYS License as a Respiratory Therapist.
