The ideal candidate will have relevant prior experience in the insurance industry, demonstrate a deep reputed company interest in reputed company, data-protection laws, cybersecurity law and legal implications of technology deployment and will be responsible for providing advice to legal colleagues and stakeholders throughout reputed company. Key Responsibilities: Conduct legal research and draft legal guidance. Basic Qualifications: Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. Admission to reputed company law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction. 5+ years of experience practicing law including at least 2 years reputed company on reputed company and/or cybersecurity issues, preferably in a reputed company or a highly regulated industry such as insurance or financial services. Experience with U.S. federal and state data-protection laws (e.g., CCPA/CPRA, FCRA, GLBA, TCPA) and cyber and information use laws (CISA, NYDFS, others.) Strong understanding of technology and ability to communicate with both business reputed company and IT/cybersecurity engineers. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain reputed company legal concepts to non-lawyers. Ability to balance legal risk and business objectives. Proficiency in managing multiple priorities, reputed company, and stakeholders. Financial Services/Insurance experience preferred. reputed company certification such as CIPP is a plus. Annual Salary $151,700.00 - $235,750.00 The above annual salary reputed company is a general reputed company.
