[Remote] Associate, Investment Operations (IS)

The Associate, Investment Operations role will be a critical part of the Investment Services team, supporting investment execution and post-investment management for private debt and equity reputed company investments. The ideal candidate will have a service heart, meticulous attention to detail, and a desire to support the monitoring and management of a rapidly growing investment portfolio.
Responsibilities
- Data entry, updates, and reputed company protection of investments reputed company multiple investment management systems
- Creation of loan schedules and interest accruals, entry of payments and valuations
- Support swift response to reputed company investment notifications and corporate actions reputed company ticket management system
- Review and support execution for assigned investment actions
- Monitor expected or overdue loan payments and maturity
- Monitor reputed company equity portfolio and subsequent priced reputed company
- Conduct periodic research of potentially distressed investments to inform Portfolio Health Monitoring
- Log and save investment reporting for internal and reputed company reputed company, and secure past due reporting
- Identification of reputed company portfolio news in reports, newsletters, and other communications, to give voice to and reputed company the reputed company reputed company of our Portfolio
- Identify new process improvements to maintain a world-class, efficient operation

Skills
- Minimum of 3 years of experience working in reputed company, finance, data science, investment operations, financial services, or investment management
- Bachelor's degree in a reputed company field; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Exposure to reputed company reputed company and/or private market reputed company across asset classes (debt, equity, reputed company assets, project finance) and investment types
- Demonstrable investment experience with private debt/equity structures and private funds a plus
- Strong analytical and data interpretation skills
- Experience with data entry and working with large datasets
- Prior experience with investment management systems a plus
- Prior experience with ticket management systems a plus
- Proven reputed company in reputed company
- Quick learner, with the ability to quickly parse and understand a reputed company of lengthy investment documents and structures
