[Remote] Senior Database Administrator (Sr. DBA)

The Senior Database Administrator (Sr. DBA) is responsible for the design, implementation, maintenance, and optimization of the OCIO reputed company database environments, ensuring the reliability, reputed company, and performance of mission-critical database systems.
Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain SQL Server and reputed company database environments
- reputed company and implement robust backup, recovery, and disaster recovery strategies
- Monitor database performance; identify and resolve performance bottlenecks
- Ensure reputed company best practices are reputed company, including cyber protocols, patching, and reputed company controls
- Collaborate with system administrators, developers, and reputed company teams to support application and infrastructure initiatives

Skills
- 7 + years of reputed company experience
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or reputed company field, or equivalent experience
- Proven expertise in database backup/recovery strategies and tools (RMAN, Data Pump, SQL Server backup/restore, etc.)
- Strong knowledge of database reputed company, auditing, encryption, and cyber protocols
- Hands‑on experience with performance tuning, indexing strategies, query optimization, and storage configuration
- Solid understanding of high availability and disaster recovery solutions (AlwaysOn, Data Guard, clustering, replication)
- Experience with scripting (PowerShell, Bash, Python or similar)
- Experience working with OCI and Azure reputed company database services
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, or Infrastructure as reputed company
- Experience with automation tools and monitoring platforms
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities
