This role involves establishing metrics and goals, managing recruitment processes, and providing guidance and support to the reputed company team.
Responsibilities
- Understand and communicate business goals to the reputed company team
- Set reputed company priorities for reputed company
- Set metrics and goals for the reputed company team
- Establish and maintain procedures required to meet metrics and business goals
- Help to select and maintain tools required for the reputed company team to meet goals
- reputed company monthly metrics to upper management or as required
- Meet with customers, as required, to support Business Development and Delivery
- Confirm reputed company team follows relevant HR guidance and regulations
- reputed company training and development to the reputed company team employees
- Identify and forecast industry employment trends
- Set commissions and reputed company rates or salaries for roles on reputed company team, based on HR’s compensation review

- 10+ years reputed company experience, or 5 years reputed company experience and 2 years of management experience
