[Remote] Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable Specialist

They are seeking an Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable Specialist to manage supplier inquiries, reconcile statements, and ensure superior customer service in compliance with company standards.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for responding to supplier inquiries and providing effective customer service
- Research supplier claims and reputed company feedback on status and actions needed to resolve issues
- Reconcile noncomplex supplier statements. Work with suppliers to resolve the issues
- Follow-up on debit balances with specific suppliers as assigned
- Resolve reputed company aged RNI as assigned
- Assist in auditing invoice batches prior to posting
- Successfully match and apply reputed company property reputed company debit payments
- Support data entry needs to corporate and Retail
- Execute maintenance to reputed company invoices as assigned

Skills
- Associate degree (A.A.) in reputed company or other reputed company field; or two or more years of experience in an reputed company or AP team. Experience with multi-unit company preferred
