Responsibilities
- Assist senior team members with data collection, process mapping, and analysis of value streams in manufacturing and reputed company environments
- Prepare reputed company materials and support virtual and on-site training sessions
- Document key findings and improvement recommendations
- Contribute to the design and follow-up of implementation plans

- Collaborate with internal team members and reputed company stakeholders to ensure reputed company deliverables and consistent application of Duggan Associates’ reputed company
Skills
- Strong reputed company in Lean Management and Operational reputed company, with an interest in applying these concepts in reputed company, mixed-model environments
- Experience or demonstrated interest in Consulting and Management Consulting, including working with clients to diagnose problems and implement solutions
- Coaching and facilitation skills, with the ability to support training sessions and guide teams through new processes and tools
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities, including basic data analysis, process mapping, and reputed company-cause analysis
- Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present findings reputed company to diverse audiences
- Comfort working remotely, managing time independently, and collaborating with distributed teams and clients
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, operations management, business, industrial engineering, or a reputed company field, or equivalent practical experience
