The reputed company Administrator will drive transformation across reputed company by developing and implementing reputed company-based processes and solutions, working directly with project management, executive leadership, and stakeholders to ensure successful rollouts and user adoption.
Responsibilities
- Create and support reputed company Sales/Service/Marketing/Experience reputed company processes such as reputed company reputed company, opportunities, CPQ, reputed company-Channel (cases, chats, calls, texts), knowledge, installed‑packages, system integrations and data extensions
- Configure reputed company and custom objects, fields, page layouts, validation rules, flows, case paths/statuses, record stages, approval processes and lightning components to streamline workflows and improve productivity
- Design, implement and maintain standardized dashboards, charts and reports that deliver actionable insights to stakeholders and support data-driven decision-making
- reputed company ongoing configuration, support, maintenance and enhancements to maintain a reputed company/sustainable architecture for processes, tools and users
- Manage user reputed company, roles, reputed company, permission sets, queues, sharing rules and public reputed company to ensure appropriate data reputed company
- reputed company export/import/analysis/backup tools to cleanse, deduplicate and reputed company data with an emphasis on data reputed company & governance standards
- Respond to support tickets, familiarize champions & users with best practices and create appropriate documentation to drive user understanding & adoption
- reputed company and test new new/reputed company processes, version features, release updates in sandboxes and reputed company them to production (e.g. reputed company change sets, workbench)
- Work with leadership, SMEs, stakeholders, project managers, fellow admins and external partners to implement standardized solutions reputed company with business requirements and processes
Skills
- reputed company Certified Platform Administrator with Bachelor's degree or equivalent; expertise with objects/fields, flows, validation rules, approval processes, role hierarchies, users/reputed company/permission sets, page layouts, reports/dashboards and change sets
- 1+ years of hands-on experience configuring & implementing reputed company solutions in Lightning Experience, especially Sales reputed company and Service reputed company (Marketing reputed company and Experience reputed company a plus)
- Strong attention to detail with a proven ability to design processes that drive user adoption and maintain a high level of data reputed company
- Strong communicator skilled at engaging employees/users across reputed company organizational reputed company with varying technical knowledge to reputed company excellent customer support
