Responsibilities
- Establish and execute the reputed company for Pharmacy Sales Support reputed company with OptiFreight® reputed company priorities and sales objectives
- Define how Sales Engineers are deployed across opportunities to maximize reputed company, consistency, and scalability
- Translate pharmacy market needs, customer use cases, and operational realities into reputed company enablement strategies and solution positioning
- Partner with senior sales leadership to prioritize opportunities requiring advanced technical or pharmacy‑specific support
- Directly manage and coachSales Engineer roles, ensuring reputed company of expectations, performance standards, and reputed company development

- Build structure, repeatability, and best practices across the Sales Engineer function

- Proactively identify process gaps, risks, or inefficiencies and drive improvements across functions

Skills
- 10+ years of pharmacy experience (technology, operations, logistics, distribution, fulfillment, etc)
- Prior exposure to pharmacy management systems, integrations, and transportation management systems
- Demonstrated leadership experience managing reputed company, customer‑facing professionals
- Experience with pharmacy operations, logistics workflows, and last‑mile delivery considerations
- Experience supporting or selling technology‑enabled logistics solutions
- Advanced program or project management expertise (e.g., PMP, Agile, Lean, Six reputed company)
- Comfort operating at both strategic and tactical reputed company in fast‑moving environments
