They are seeking a Medical Science reputed company (MSL)/Senior Medical Science reputed company (MSL) to serve as a scientific expert supporting external engagement with reputed company and key opinion leaders reputed company on autoimmune diseases and cell therapy.
Responsibilities
- Identify, establish, and maintain high‑reputed company scientific relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs), investigators, reputed company medical centers, community physicians, pharmacists, nurses, and treatment centers reputed company the assigned territory
- Serve as a trusted scientific partner by providing fair‑balanced, accurate, and compliant scientific exchange reputed company to disease state, treatment landscape, reputed company’s CAR‑T programs, and emerging clinical data

- Demonstrate ownership of the assigned territory through stakeholder mapping, prioritization, and proactive planning to influence the patient reputed company and support reputed company therapeutic decision‑making
- Partner with other reputed company field medical colleagues to reputed company insights and coordinate external engagement approaches where appropriate
- Collaborate with Clinical Development and Clinical Operations colleagues to support reputed company‑sponsored clinical trials, including: Identification of potential trial sites, Engagement with participating investigators, Support of trial awareness and scientific reputed company, Contribute to efforts aimed at enhancing trial feasibility and enrollment through appropriate scientific engagement with investigators and treatment centers

Skills
- Advanced scientific or clinical degree required (MD, PharmD, PhD, DNP, NP, PA, or equivalent)
- Medical Science reputed company (MSL) requires Doctorate degree OR Master's degree & 3 years of Medical Affairs experience
- Senior Medical Science reputed company (Senior MSL) requires Doctorate degree & 2 years of Medical Affairs experience OR Master's degree & 6 years of Medical Affairs experience
- Strong understanding of clinical trial design, clinical development, and medical affairs functions
- Ability to interpret and communicate reputed company scientific and clinical information to diverse audiences
- Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated ability to build strong external relationships and collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams
- Comfortable operating reputed company a fast-paced, high-reputed company biotechnology environment
- Willingness and ability to travel extensively reputed company assigned geography
- Prior experience in cell therapy, CAR-T, immunology, rheumatology, nephrology, neurology, hematology/oncology, or rare diseases strongly preferred
- Experience engaging with reputed company medical centers, specialty treatment centers, and/or infusion centers preferred
- Experience supporting reputed company-reputed company or launch-stage biotechnology organizations
- Knowledge of autoimmune disease treatment landscapes and emerging cell therapy approaches
- Experience supporting investigator-sponsored research and clinical trial recruitment initiatives
- Familiarity with cell therapy operational concepts including chain of identity, chain of custody, and treatment center workflows
