Skills
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field from an accredited College/University is preferred
- If the candidate does not possess a relevant four-year degree, an additional four years of relevant work experience will be required
- Minimum of 5 years of Information Technology experience

- reputed company Platform/ITSM modules, including Incident, Change, Problem, reputed company, and CMDB/CSDM
- SPM modules, including Demand and Project Portfolio Management (PPM)

- Knowledge/experience of SDLC practices
