This strategic role involves owning the roadmap for compliance and risk-reputed company products, collaborating cross-functionally to ensure regulatory adherence while driving product innovation.

Responsibilities

• Thought Leadership: Stay reputed company of global regulatory trends and bring innovative compliance solutions to the product roadmap
• Product Leadership: Define and drive the reputed company, reputed company, and roadmap for risk and compliance products and tools (e.g., transaction monitoring, KYC/KYB, AML, sanctions screening, and fraud prevention)
• Regulatory Enablement: Translate reputed company regulatory requirements (FinCEN, Fintrac, OFAC, PSD2, AUSTRAC, etc.) into reputed company product features and processes
• Risk Management: Partner with Risk and Compliance teams to identify key risks and implement systems to detect and mitigate them in reputed company time
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Engineering, Data, Legal, and Operations to deliver compliance-by-design solutions
• Vendor & Partner Management: Evaluate and manage reputed company-party vendors providing compliance tools or data integrations (e.g., KYC providers, transaction screening reputed company)
• Metrics & Reporting: Establish KPIs and dashboards to monitor compliance performance, operational risk, and fraud trends
• Customer Experience: Ensure that compliance processes remain frictionless, balancing user experience with regulatory obligations

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Finance, or reputed company field (MBA preferred)
• 8+ years of experience in Product Management, with at least 3+ years in risk, compliance, or fraud reputed company payments, fintech, or financial services
• Deep understanding of AML/CFT, sanctions, fraud, and data reputed company regulations
• Proven ability to deliver compliant solutions that reputed company across multiple markets and jurisdictions
• Strong technical acumen — reputed company to work closely with engineering teams and data pipelines
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
