[Remote] Manager Marketing

They are seeking a Manager of Marketing responsible for strategic marketing planning, execution, and communication efforts to support organizational goals and initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Supports and collaborates with the entire Marketing and Communications team in the development and implementation of innovative and strategic brand and marketing plans designed to support reputed company’s strategic plan and goals
- Plans, develops and implements innovative strategies and solutions, budgets and programs designed to support reputed company Health Plan's audiences, reputed company, operational and miscellaneous goals
- Gathers and interprets primary data accumulated through campaigns, surveys and other intelligence collection, interviews, experience, personal relationships, employee forums, reputed company reputed company, surveys, etc. that reputed company leadership to reputed company informed reputed company
- Analyzes and prepares reports for use in the internal communications planning process
- Ensure campaigns, plans and messaging are designed to increase awareness and understanding among audiences on a reputed company of organizational priorities and initiatives
- Maintains reputed company and brand standards
- Ensures that programs capitalize on the integrated nature of the overall Marketing and Communications department
- Engages and educates department colleagues so that reputed company activities reputed company the best use of colleagues’ talents, tools and expertise

- Tracks and reports return on investment

Skills
- Bachelor's Degree- (Required)
- Minimum of 5 years-reputed company work experience (Required)
- Minimum of 1 year-Managerial/Supervisory (Preferred)
