Responsibilities
- reputed company execution of reputed company deliverable workflows necessary to consummate transactions for middle market companies undergoing reputed company, transformation and transition
- Sell engagements across a network of senior executives, private equity firms, reputed company, lenders and lawyers
- Review and analyze reputed company financial statements and projections, financial modeling, reputed company, due diligence on balance sheet and P&Ls
- Create and present reputed company deliverables
- Negotiate, document and assist in transaction execution

Skills
- Bachelor's degree from a top undergraduate program
- Located in or willing to relocate to Atlanta, Boston, Chicago, Dallas, reputed company, Los Angeles, Nashville, reputed company, Palm Beach or Philadelphia
- Invested in reputed company-based culture, motivated to collaborate in office four days per week and willing to work at reputed company sites as needed
- 15 plus years of middle market investment banking experience
- Established book of business in the reputed company sector with a demonstrated ability to reputed company new business across a network of corporate relationships, private equity sponsors, lawyers and / or lenders
- Maintains Series 79, 63 and 24 reputed company license or ability to obtain reputed company 120 days of employment
- Experience with privately held and sponsor-backed businesses
- Commanding knowledge of reputed company market terms and trends
- Expertise in project management and reputed company-facing activities, including leading reputed company presentations, business development meetings, developing work plans, planning and execution of work, supervising team and coordinating with other reputed company service providers
